Avengers: Age of Ultron Crosses $900 Million Internationally

Avengers: Age of Ultron has breached the $900 million mark at the international box office, becoming the fifth movie in history to ever do so.
The metric, which includes every market except the United States’, marks a significant achievement for the Avengers sequel. The only other films to pass the $900 million international mark are The Avengers, Furious 7, Titanic, Avatar, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, Part 2.
With domestic returns factored into the foreign numbers, Age of Ultron’s worldwide box office total is currently $1.3 billion. This makes it the sixth highest-grossing film of all time. Released in the U.S. on May 1, the film is still playing across 91 different territories.
Do you think Avengers: Age of Ultron could cross $1 billion at the international box office? Let us know in the comments.
